New Classes We have 26 new classes in several areas. Our cooking teachers are always devising new recipes to lure you into their kitchen. Green isn’t just for the garden. Green remodeling, green design and green living are making their way into our consciousness through four new classes in the home and garden section. Handwork is experiencing a resurgence. We are offering French-style mat cutting and scrapbooking, lotion making and intermediate knitting. For those who haven’t joined the computer age yet, we have a variety of basic classes and some new ideas for those who are ready to move along.
