Our certified two-year program (Federal Aviation Administration approved school #CS9T071R) teaches what you need to know to take the F.A.A. aircraft mechanics exam. Please call the office at (650) 329-3752 to schedule an interview. Classes are open entry. The year is divided into four equal quarters of ten weeks each with scheduled breaks. No class April 25, May 26, June 10 through June 13, July 4 and September 1.

PHLEBOTOMY 88: CERTIFICATION PROGRAM FOR CLINICAL LABORATORY AND PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCY WORKERS
(Please note Phlebotomy 48 and Phlebotomy 24 are part of Phlebotomy 88.) In collaboration with Boston Reed, we are offering 48 hours of classroom instruction with a 40-hour off-site clinical externship coordinated by Boston Reed, to provide students with a comprehensive learning experience. Lectures include but are not limited to the theory, anatomy and terminology pertaining to the circulatory system, specimen collection, risk factors and complications and quality assurance in specimen collection. Practical instruction provides hands-on training in venipuncture technique with procedures verified through a skills check-off system. The 40-hour externship includes at minimum 50 successful venipunctures and 10 skin punctures. Upon completion of the program the student will receive Boston Reed’s certificate of completion and become eligible for certification in the State of California as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT 1). Pre-registration with Boston Reed is required.
