The Palo Alto Police Department in partnership with the Palo Alto Adult School offers the Parent Project. This national program was created for parents with strong-willed or at-risk teens.

The Palo Alto Police Department, in partnership with the Palo Alto Adult School, offers the Parent Project. This national program was created for parents with strong-willed teens. Topics addressed include: school behavior, attendance and grades; reducing arguing and conflict in the home; understanding why teens to what they do; identifying and addressing gang involvement; internet, music, and media influences; friendships and dating; and alcohol and drug use. Textbook: $35. Class size is limited to 20.
