My favorite part of the Intermediate Woodworking class was learning different techniques and problem solving in woodworking. I enjoyed discovering my creative side and now appreciate fine furniture and what really goes into making it. After taking this class, I will be making MANY new things! Harry Kline
Corporate Attorney
There is nothing that I would change in the Intermediate Woodworking class - it's perfect. I really enjoyed learning about dado cuts, mortise and tenons, and bandsaw basics! The class is great and I am using my new skills for other projects. Chris McGuinness
Physics graduate student
My first class in Woodworking was at Palo Alto Adult School a few years ago. Having access to all of their specialized woodworking tools really spurred my interest in pursuing this new hobby. I found woodworking an extremely creative activity – as creative as writing a book or designing a circuit. To date, I’ve completed a trundle bed out of 30-year old oak, a customized TV cabinet and a master bathroom vanity and pine wood floor. Next on my list is completion of my kitchen cabinetry and a pull-out pantry made out of Brazilian wood. Ben Warren
