I saw the Gelato Italiano cooking class in the Palo Alto Adult School catalog. The instructor, Stefania Filegheddu is a great communicator, using both Italian and English with ease. After taking the class, I can now treat my family to delicious gelato! Lorraine Capparell

My recent Holiday Candy class was great! Yannette Fichou-Edwards (instructor) was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept the class well-paced. It was a wonderful class, well worth the time. Pat McCrumb
